The Flowers of Buffoonery by Osamu Dazai
₨ 1,500 Original price was: ₨ 1,500.₨ 345Current price is: ₨ 345.
The Flowers of Buffoonery opens in a seaside sanitarium where Yozo Oba — the narrator of No Longer Human — is convalescing after a failed suicide attempt. Friends and family visit him, and nurses and police drift in and out of his room. Against this dispiriting backdrop, Yozo and his visitors try to maintain a lighthearted, even clownish atmosphere: playing cards, smoking cigarettes, vying for attention, cracking jokes, and trying to make each other laugh. Dazai is known for delving into the darkest corners of human consciousness, but in The Flowers of Buffoonery he pokes fun at these same emotions: the follies and hardships of youth, of love, and of self-hatred and depression. A glimpse into the lives of a group of outsiders in prewar Japan, The Flowers of Buffoonery is a fresh and darkly humorous addition to Osamu Dazai’s masterful and intoxicating

I Cannot Say Goodbye to You by Rithvik Singh
₨ 1,500Original price was: ₨ 1,500.₨ 425Current price is: ₨ 425.Add to cartFrom one of India’s favorite poets comes his first romance novel—a story that will stay with you forever.
What if you were forced to say goodbye to the only person who ever loved you?
When Aashna loses everything and her parents refuse to love her, she is sent to boarding school.
Eventually, she realizes she had left her heart open, and someone decides to break into it—a tall, handsome (a bit too much), straight-out-of-the-movies guy who loves her with his whole heart.
But every time she goes back home, she meets an absence that will not let her sleep and a nightmare of a presence. Painfully tired of the hurt, she becomes what her mother could never a leaver.
With off-the-charts chemistry, witty conversations, and unexpected plot twists, I Cannot Say Goodbye to You is the story of Aashna and the people she loves (and loses).
P.S. Keep a tissue box nearby, since, you know, Rithvik wrote this novel.
